We Events Package - Haras Pedra do Elefante.

"Pedra do Elefante is part of a rocky outcrop located in the Brazilian city of Nova Venécia, state of Espírito Santo. Measuring 604 meters in altitude, it is the main symbol of the municipality of Nova Venécia and one of the elements of its official coat of arms. Pedra do Elefante represents the beginning of the rock formation of Serra dos Aimorés. It is included in an Environmental Protection Area named after the stone, with around 2.5 thousand hectares, created in 2001 through state decree nº 794 -R, and listed as Geological Heritage by the State Council of Culture through Resolution 04/84A, being registered in the Book of Archaeological, Ethnographic, Landscape and Scientific Heritage under nº 03. The group of rocky outcrops presents biodiversity associated with ecosystems of hillside, with rock vegetation and stretches of Atlantic forest. The conservation unit is part of the Pedra do Elefante Ecological Corridor, where rare, endemic and endangered species are found."
